TAST / Week 17 Running Stitch
This is my running stitch sample. I really like playing with weaving the running stitch in different ways.
the top row of stitching is pattern darning which could be worked with waste canvas as a seam treatment.
the second row was just a fun pattern I worked up. It too can be used as a seam treatment.
the other rows are samples of weaving the running stitch with fibers. There are so many possibilities for weaving the stitches.
