TAST/ week 22 satin stitch
I found the alphabet in a very old needle craft book ( the title of the book has slipped my mind right this minute) and decided to try out the satin stitch on them. It is stitched in stranded cotton floss on a scrap size piece of cotton muslin.
just so everyone knows I am not a big fan of the satin stitch and never will be. I have used it when necessary in projects but it really just bores me.
I did like the way this sample turned out, the colors seemed to work well together.
